ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT INVITATION PACKAGES
Q. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
A. Placing orders at Invitation Packages is an easy process! All you have to do is find the invitation that you would
like to purchase, choose the quality of invitation packages that you would like to receive and then follow the steps in your
particular invitation selection. If you live in the GTA, orders can be made in person in our showroom located at 618 Gibbons Street, Oshawa, Ontario. Please call 905-432-2441 for an appointment.
Q. HOW FAST WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
A. Once you have placed your order and have paid for it, Invitation Packages will contact to confirm that the information you have
entered is correct. When purchasing Wedding Invitation Packages, you must provide us with your menu and place card details.
Without this information we cannot complete your order. Once all information has been received, your invitation package order will be
processed and completed within 5 days. (That's right-you read correctly-no more waiting 6 weeks for processing) Once your order has been completed
you will be contacted via email to be notified that your order has been shipped.
Q. HOW ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?
A. All orders are shipped via Canada Post. You will receive a tracking number/reference once your order has been shipped, making it easy for you
to track when you will receive your invitation package order. Orders shipped via Canada Post take approximately 8 Business Days to arrive at their destination.
Q. WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
A. Currently we only ship within Canada and The United States. Sorry no International Orders can be taken at this time.
Q. CAN I GET A SAMPLE OF AN INVITATION?
A. YES! All invitations are able to be purchased as a sample. Purchasing a sample is identical to purchasing a complete invitation package. Simply select SAMPLE instead of a
quantity and continue on to complete the on line processing form. If you purchase a Sample and then later decide to place an order, we will provide you with a coupon code for the cost of your sample.
Q. AM I ABLE TO RECEIVE A PROOF BEFORE PAYING FOR A PURCHASE?
A. Yes! When purchasing an invitation you may select to receive an electronic proof on the purchase form. If you would like to see an invitation
to view, please purchase a sample. All proofs are emailed out to our customers for approval, before the printing process begins.
Q. WHAT WORDING WILL BE USED ON MY INVITATION PACKAGE?
A. All information pertaining to your special occasion is asked on the purchase page. If you would like to change the wording that appears on the invitation
you selected, simply place the wording of how you would like your invitation in the SPECIAL REQUEST/ADDITIONAL REQUEST box on the purchase page.
If you do not provide us with additional details in this box, we will print your invitations as they appear on the invitation you selected with your personal information replaced with the sample information.
Q. CAN I SELECT MY OWN FONT, FONT COLOR AND RIBBON COLOR?
A. Absolutely! You don't have to use the font listed on the invitation you selected. We have a list of font type styles, font colors and ribbon colors that you may select from.
If you do not see a font type style that you want and know the name of it, simply email us and we will hunt it down for you.
Q. WHERE WILL MY RETURN ADDRESS BE PRINTED?
A. The choice is yours! Our default printing of return address is on the front of the envelope in the left hand top corner, though you may select to have your return address printed on the back of the envelope.
Again, just place your request in the SPECIAL/ADDITIONAL REQUEST BOX.
Q. MAY I REPLACE THE MENUS INCLUDED IN THE WEDDING INVITATION PACKAGES FOR MORE INVITATIONS?
A. Sure! Simply indicate in the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FIELD that you would like to do that. Each menu is equivalent to one invitation.
Q. WHAT ARE THE MEASUREMENTS OF YOUR INVITATIONS?
A. We have several different sizes of wedding invitations, each description of the sample invitations indicate what that particular invitation size is. Our most common
invitation sizes are: 5 by 7" and 6 by 6". All additional occasion invitations are 5 by 7".
Q. HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER
A. Currently all payments are made via PayPal, which accepts all major credit cards.
